Before we start

What we’ll need.How we’ll read progress.

The plan depends on your access and operating conditions, and progress is judged by what your data can actually show. Both are set out before any work begins.

Scope & access

The scope follows your real operating conditions.

Your current site, platform, content and team shape the plan. This is what we’ll ask for:

  • Hosting and domain access
  • CMS admin access
  • GA4 and Search Console access
  • Brand files and photography
  • Timely review of pages

How progress is read

Measured by what the evidence supports.

Each source shows part of the picture. We report what your data can actually support.

No promised conversion rate, lead volume or fixed timeline. Changes are reviewed against the data your site can support.

Proof

From real client work.Not a mock-up.

Websites & conversion FAQ

A fewuseful answers.

Can you work on our existing website?

Yes. We often take over sites built by someone else. We review the build, hosting and content first, then recommend focused fixes or a rebuild, with reasons.

Do you only build on WordPress?

Most of our work is WordPress, because it’s easy for your team to edit and widely supported. If you’re on another platform, we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.

Will we be able to edit the site ourselves?

Yes. We build with editable blocks and patterns, and show your team how to update pages, posts and projects without breaking the layout.

What do we need to own before a redesign?

Your domain, hosting, analytics and the website files, ideally in your own accounts. If any of them sit with a previous designer, we help you get them back before work starts. Our guide to replacing a web designer covers what to ask for.

What happens to our search visibility during a rebuild?

We map every old URL to its new home, keep what’s working and set up redirects before launch. After launch we check Search Console for anything missed.

Do you provide hosting and maintenance?

We can manage hosting, updates, backups and small changes, or work with your existing host. Either way, someone owns it.

How long does a website project take?

It depends on size, content and how quickly reviews come back. We agree on milestones at the start instead of promising a date before we’ve seen the site.
