The constraint
What wasn’tworking.
Pacific Rim Storage runs six locations across Vancouver Island, in a market where most customers compare availability and pricing on Google.
The site was slow, Core Web Vitals were failing, and hardcoded theme CSS blocked design changes. Branch pages were inconsistent, content was outdated and the quote form was hard to reach on mobile.
