How the work runs
One priority.From decision to live.
Fix the tracking that hides your best source first. Document it. Let the monthly page pick the next move.
Step 01
Audit
Check tracking, tools and access. Pick the first priority.
Step 02
Fix and connect
Repair tracking and connect tools, in order.
Step 03
Put it live
Test every event and document the setup.
Step 04
Review and repeat
Read the monthly page. Choose the next priority.
Before we start
What we’ll need.How we’ll read progress.
The plan depends on your access and operating conditions, and progress is judged by what your data can actually show. Both are set out before any work begins.
Scope & access
The scope follows your real operating conditions.
Your tools, channels and locations shape the setup. This is what we’ll ask for:
- GA4 and Tag Manager access
- Website admin access
- Phone and CRM account access
- A list of marketing tools in use
- One person to receive the monthly page
How progress is read
Measured by what the evidence supports.
Each source shows part of the picture. We report what your data can actually support.
No promised growth figures. The monthly page reports what the data supports and says plainly where it can’t.
Proof
From real client work.Not a mock-up.

Marketing operations FAQ
A fewuseful answers.
We already have Google Analytics. Why change it?
Often it’s installed but not recording the right things. We check what’s tracked, fix what’s missing and make sure calls and forms count as inquiries.
Can you track phone calls from each source?
Yes, with tracking numbers matched to your channels and locations, set up so your business listings stay consistent.
What’s on the monthly page?
What changed, what the data shows, what it can’t show, and one recommendation for next month. It fits on a page.
What is a marketing audit, and what does it cover?
It’s the review we start with: your website, Google Business Profiles, listings, tracking and the data you already have, checked against how customers actually reach you. You get a short written summary of what’s working, what isn’t, and one recommended first priority.
Do you work with our CRM?
Where your CRM supports it, we connect inquiries to it so the source follows the lead.
Who owns the accounts and data?
Your business does. We set up and document accounts under your ownership and use our own access only while we work together.
Is this only for clients using your other services?
No. Some clients come to us only for tracking and reporting, often before deciding what to fix next.
