A suite of marketing materials was created for Eppich House II, a celebrated West Vancouver property designed by architect Arthur Erickson and represented by realtor Geoff Taylor. The campaign needed elegance, modernity and architectural reverence.
A premium brochure with full-bleed photography, printed on high-quality stock, offered a tactile, collectible experience. A multi-page booklet guided buyers through exteriors, interiors, specifications and history.
Postcard-sized pieces carried the campaign into mail and handouts, and a large-format bus shelter ad with bold photography and direct agent details brought visibility in high-traffic locations.
